In a bid to enhance their online
housing services Twin Valley Homes,
which manages 8,500 homes, has
launched its new website.
The site, developed by Connect
Internet Solutions, offers a range of
services and information including
news, downloadable information and
Frequently Asked Questions. The site
uses Connect CMS, Connect’s content
management software, which allows easy
updating with minimal technical know-
how.
Connect also provided a graphical
repair reporting system,
RepairReporter. With RepairReporter
tenants can easily report required
repairs online. There are eleven
sections covering everything from
bathrooms to kitchens, from floors to
roofs, helping the tenant identify the
exact problem.
Tenants click on a picture or part of
a picture to show where the fault is.
The tenant then simply completes an
online form and requests a time to
carry out the repair. RepairReporter
helps tenants by enabling them to
request repairs by computer anytime –
day or night. The solution also
enables staff to quickly and
accurately identify the problem –
helping to enhance levels of customer
service.
Deb Booth, Marketing and PR Manager
for Twin Valley Homes
comments, "Connect has redesigned our
now Bobby compliant website to allow
greater customer interaction and to
enable us to be more responsive by
updating the site ourselves. Connect’s
innovative use of technology has also
provided us with RepairReporter -
making it easier for tenants to report
their repairs to us."
"We are delighted to be working with
Twin Valley Homes to provide an
accessible website that enables Twin
Valley Homes staff to easily maintain
their website as well as enhancing
service levels for tenants,” comments
Colin Charlton, Chief Executive
Officer at Connect Internet Solutions.
